About TrueShelf
TrueShelf is building retailer-data intelligence for suppliers and brokers who need to understand performance without rebuilding their analysis each week.
Why we are building it
Mondays often begin with finding the right data, rebuilding last week’s analysis, and checking whether two measures mean the same thing. We’re building TrueShelf so supplier and broker teams can spend more time investigating the result and deciding what to do next.
We want teams to see how measures are defined, check assumptions, and trace a change to the records behind it.
The analytical model should reflect how suppliers, brokers, and retailer-facing teams work.
Teams need to know where their data came from, who can access it, and how exceptions and recovery are handled.
The company behind this site
We are building a retailer data intelligence platform for supplier and broker teams. Our work focuses on recurring sales, inventory, distribution, and availability questions, from the weekly total to the item and store detail behind it.
We are working with early teams. The product illustrations on this site use invented example data; they are not customer results or performance guarantees.
Our Walmart fiscal calendar provides reporting weeks and links to the sources behind the dates. Theweekly sales worksheet and worked example help you check a reporting period and explain a change.
Read how we prepare our resources, including our use of AI assistance, synthetic examples, and published sources. For a product question or a correction, contacthello@trueshelf.ai.
If recurring retailer data is slowing down a decision your team owns, we would like to understand it.
