What this site does
This public site explains TrueShelf and provides an email address for contact. It does not provide customer accounts, accept retailer-data uploads, or intentionally collect customer application data.
Information you provide
If you contact TrueShelf by email, we receive the address, message, and other information you choose to send. Do not send retailer data, passwords, authentication codes, customer data, or other sensitive material until TrueShelf establishes an approved transfer method with you.
Hosting information
Cloudflare hosts the site. Its hosting service may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request time, requested URL, device or browser information, and security signals. TrueShelf does not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral advertising on this public site.
Anonymous website analytics
When enabled, TrueShelf uses PostHog as a service provider to understand visits to public pages, referral and campaign context, and selected interactions such as opening the contact page, choosing an email link, or following an article source. We use this information to improve the site and understand which public content leads to a conversation.
The integration is configured for cookieless measurement without identified person profiles. It does not use session replay, heatmaps, automatic interaction capture, or advertising profiles. URL query strings and fragments are removed before an event is sent, and the PostHog project is required to discard client IP addresses. TrueShelf does not send contact-message content, email addresses, retailer data, or customer application data to PostHog through this site.
The site honors supported browser privacy signals. You can also save a browser-level preference below. That preference is stored only on this device so the site can remember your choice.

How information is used
TrueShelf uses contact messages to respond, understand potential customer needs, operate the business, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. TrueShelf does not sell personal information received through this website.
Retention and disclosure
Contact records are retained according to their business, security, and legal value. Anonymous analytics events, when enabled, are retained only for the configured business-analysis period. Information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, anonymous analytics, and company email, or disclosed when required to protect rights, security, or comply with law.

Store lookup privacy
Pasted store lists and search values are processed only in browser memory. They are not sent to analytics, logs, external services, URLs, or browser storage. Other pasted columns are discarded after column selection. Clear all or close the tab to remove your input.
Tool analytics record only input mode, a result-count bucket, export kind and format. They never include store numbers, CSV cells, coordinates or selected store lists. Directory and map assets are served by this website. Downloads and copying to your clipboard happen only when you request them.
